Making a difference

Yoga to the Rescue
The original RescueGirl, Amy Luwis, launched her company in 2004 to inspirit and applaud women. When Amy isn´t conjuring up quirky stories and pictures she´s helping animals. In 1995 she co–founded the successful nonprofit, 1–800–Save–a–Pet.com, North America´s largest pet adoption web service, which boasts 500,000 unique visitors a month and over 2,700 shelters actively list their animals. Amy also contributes her hard earned dollars and imaginative drawings to tirelessly dedicated organizations like PETA.
