Payment Methods

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs.

Sales Tax

Shipments to addresses within California are charged applicable sales tax.
Shipments to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax.

Gift Wrapping and Gift Messages

Option 1: Trendy Reusable Shopping Bag - $5.95 per bag

We use a trendy reusable shopping bag as gift wrap, along with a beautiful recycled gift card, attached with a natural raffia bow. Simply choose this option for one of your items we’ll put all your items together in one bag (or use our "Special Instructions" box to tell us what to wrap together).
Less waste, less expensive for you!

Option 2: Recycled Box with Biodegradable Bow - $5.95 per item

We use eco-friendly Kraft boxes made of recycled cardboard (or Kraft paper depending on the item), then we nestle your gift in crinkled Kraft paper shreds and tie it up with our whimsical lime green bow made of biodegradable cotton. Last, we add our trendy recycled gift card with your handwritten message.

E-Gift Cards

E-gift cards are delivered to the e-mail address provided within one business day, pending order
verification and credit approval. You may enter a gift message free of charge during the purchase process.

• Treat e-gift cards like cash. They are not replaceable if the card number and PIN are lost or stolen.
• E-gift cards returned because they are undeliverable will be credited to the original tender and the e-gift card numbers will be canceled.
• Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable e-mail address.
• E-gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or used to buy additional e-gift cards.
• Refunds will not be given for unused value.
• E-gift cards are valid indefinitely.
• E-gift cards may be used alone or combined with a credit card to pay for an order. If both are used, we will charge the e-gift card first and then apply the balance of the order to the credit card provided.
• There is no tax charged up front on the purchase of an e-gift card. Taxes do apply, however, to purchases made with the e-gift card, as they do with regular purchases.
• Purchase of an e-gift card means you accept these terms and conditions.
• gigglefish reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.

Shipping Information

We ship via UPS and offer three options:
- Ground: most orders arrive in 3-7 business days.
- 2nd Day Air: delivery before the end of the second day.
- Next Day Air: delivery before the end of the next day.

Gigglefish strongly suggests that you choose UPS Ground service for your delivery. Not only is this the most economical option, but it is much better for the planet.

Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please refer to the chart below:

Delivery Area
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations, although we hope to expand our delivery area soon.

Packaging Your Shipments
We do everything possible to make sure that your shipment arrives undamaged. We also ensure that our packaging materials are consistent with our environmental values. We do our best to use re-purposable boxes and recycled materials wherever possible.

Gigglefish Makes Shipping a Little Greener
To help mitigate the air pollution that is caused by shipping gifts to and from gigglefish, we buy carbon offset certificates on a regular basis.

Return Policy

gigglefish is proud to offer exceptional products. If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days and we will take it back for an exchange or refund of the product cost minus shipping charges. We regret that opened food and bath & body items cannot be returned.

For fastest service, be sure to read and follow the information below before packaging and returning your item.
Please contact us at 916.605.6157 or GoGreen@gigglefishgifts.com to alert our customer service staff that your product is being shipped back, and explain the reason for return. Returns must be properly packaged for shipment (we suggest you use the outside shipping box we sent the product in originally), as the post office or UPS will not honor insurance claims for improperly packaged shipments that are damaged in transit. gigglefish will not be responsible for damage in transit to improperly packaged returns. Refunds
Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. gigglefish does not sell or distribute customer contact information unless otherwise required as a matter of law.
When you provide us with your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when we ship your order.

You will also receive email newsletters and sale notices from time to time if you signed up for our email list.If you do not wish to receive our newsletter or sale notices you can opt out at anytime. You will still receive shipping confirmation emails whenever you order. gigglefish will never share your email address.
